ACMA Members: Direct registration
Non-Members:
- Companies with turnover up to βΉ100 Cr or VDA member companies (any turnover) can apply without membership
- Others must become ACMA Members first
π Step 2: ACMA reviews and approves registration within 24 hours
π© Step 3: Receive login credentials and fill your Company Profile
- Access the portal and complete your company profile (one-time)
- ACMA will approve the profile
π Step 4: Fill Part 1 of the Application
- Common KPIs (one-time)
- Category-Specific KPIs (based on application categories)
- Submit Part 1 for approval

Step 5: ACMA reviews and approves Part 1
Proceed to Part 2 of the Application

Step 6: Schedule virtual site assessment week
- Complete Part 2 at least 3 days before the assessment date
- Prepare your presentations in advance
π₯ Step 7: Coordinate with the Assessor
- Receive assessor details and finalize the assessment date
- Share virtual meeting link with the Assessor
π° Step 7.1: Payment process (if applicable)
- Receive the payment invoice
- Ensure payment is completed to proceed
π€ Step 8: Assessment reports are submitted by ACMA to the Jury
π Step 9: Jury evaluates and decides the Awards
π Step 10: Attend the Awards Ceremony
Winners will be announced
π Step 11: Receive assessment feedback report
- All applicants will receive a detailed feedback report
- Applicants can provide feedback on the awards process
